長田 進治

Shinji Osada is a Japanese politician serving as a member of the Kanagawa Prefectural Assembly. He has held various leadership roles, including the 118th Speaker of the Kanagawa Prefectural Assembly. After working in the private sector and as a welfare facility staff member, he was first elected to the Ebina City Council at age 29 before being elected to the prefectural assembly. He has announced his intention to retire from politics at the end of his current term in April 2027 to focus on his personal life and family.
