Shirley Kyei is a Ghanaian politician serving as the Member of Parliament for the Atwima Nwabiagya South constituency. A member of the New Patriotic Party, she made history as the first female to represent the constituency in Parliament after winning the December 2024 general election with approximately 73% of the vote. Prior to her election, she held the position of CEO of the Minerals Commission. Kyei holds multiple academic degrees, including an MBA from Wrexham University and BSc degrees from De Montfort University and the Greenwich School of Management.
