小鑓隆史

Takashi Koyari is a Japanese politician serving as a member of the House of Councillors, representing Shiga Prefecture. A former official at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, he played a significant role in the policy development of Abenomics while serving as a Cabinet Counselor. Koyari has held various government positions, including Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare and Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. Politically, he is known for his conservative stances, supporting constitutional reform, the strengthening of defense capabilities, and the maintenance of nuclear power. He has also been active in party leadership, serving as the Director of the Personnel Bureau and Chairman of the Finance and Financial Affairs Division of the Liberal Democratic Party.
