良知 駿一

Shunichi Rachi is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Shizuoka Prefectural Assembly, representing the Hamana and Tenryu wards of Hamamatsu City. First elected in 2019, he is currently in his second term. With a background in information technology and research and development, he emphasizes the use of digital technology to solve social issues, including in healthcare, welfare, and education. In addition to his legislative duties, he has served as a visiting professor at Shizuoka University since 2024 and is active in local community and disaster prevention initiatives.
