Simelisizwe Sibanda is a Zimbabwean politician currently serving as a Member of the National Assembly for the Bubi constituency. He previously held the position of Deputy Minister of Higher and Tertiary Education, Innovation, Science and Technology Development, having been appointed in September 2023. In July 2024, he was dismissed from his ministerial role following public allegations regarding the mistreatment of a teacher based on ethnic grounds. He remains a member of the ZANU–PF party.
