Simelisizwe Sibanda is a Zimbabwean politician and a member of the ZANU–PF party. He serves as a Member of Parliament representing the Bubi constituency. In September 2023, he was appointed as the Deputy Minister of Higher and Tertiary Education, Innovation, Science and Technology Development. However, he was dismissed from this ministerial position on July 1, 2024, following public allegations regarding the mistreatment of a teacher based on ethnic grounds.
