Simon Abi Ramia

Simon Abi Ramia is a Lebanese politician serving as a member of the Lebanese Parliament, representing the Byblos District. He was first elected in 2009 and subsequently re-elected in 2018 and 2022. Formerly a prominent figure within the Free Patriotic Movement and the Strong Lebanon bloc, he resigned from the party in August 2024 due to internal disagreements. Throughout his parliamentary career, he has chaired the Youth and Sports Committee and served as president of the Lebanon-France parliamentary friendship group. He holds degrees in management and optometry from institutions in Paris.
