Simone Asselborn-Bintz

Simone Asselborn-Bintz is a Luxembourgish educator and politician currently serving as the Mayor of Sanem. A member of the Luxembourg Socialist Workers' Party, she has been active in local government since her election to the Sanem communal council in 2005, later serving as an échevine. In addition to her local leadership, she served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies for the Sud constituency during two separate periods between 2018 and 2023, where she contributed to committees on national education, environment, and public accounts.
