Simone Finn, Baroness Finn is a British-American businesswoman and Conservative politician who has served as a member of the House of Lords since 2015. A former government adviser on industrial relations and civil service reform, she played a key role in trade union negotiations and public sector pension reforms during the Coalition Government. She previously served as Downing Street Deputy Chief of Staff from 2021 to 2022 and has held various non-executive board roles, including within the Cabinet Office. Finn is the co-founder of the consultancy firm Francis Maude Associates and remains active in parliamentary scrutiny committees.
