Sinawo Thambo is a South African politician serving as a Member of the National Assembly of South Africa. Born in 1996, he has been a prominent figure within the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF), previously serving as the provincial chairperson of the EFF Student Command and as the party's national spokesperson. Thambo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Cape Town, where he studied English, Language and Literature, as well as Politics and Governance. He was first sworn in as a Member of Parliament in 2020 and returned to the National Assembly in August 2024 to fill a vacancy.
