Sinem Dybvad Demir is a Danish politician and a member of the Folketing, representing the North Zealand constituency since March 2026. Born in Odense to Turkish immigrant parents, she previously served on the Copenhagen City Council from 2020 to 2025. Before entering national politics, Demir worked for over a decade in the hospitality industry, where she became a prominent trade union representative and shop steward for the United Federation of Danish Workers (3F). She is known for her advocacy regarding labor rights and currently chairs the Hotel and Restaurant Industry Association in Copenhagen.
