Soipan Tuya

Soipan Tuya is a Kenyan politician and lawyer serving as the Cabinet Secretary for Defence since August 2024, after previously holding the position of Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change, and Forestry. Born in July 1982 and educated at the University of Nairobi and the University of Washington, she previously served as the women's representative for Narok County in the National Assembly from 2013 to 2022.
