Soldado Noélio

Soldado Noélio is a Brazilian politician and former military police officer currently serving as a Member of the Chamber of Deputies. Born Noélio da Rocha Oliveira in Caucaia, he previously worked as a general services assistant and mail carrier before joining the Military Police of Ceará in 2009. Throughout his political career, he has served as a city councilor in Fortaleza and as a state deputy for Ceará. A vocal advocate for public security workers, he has focused his legislative efforts on the valorization of security professionals and the oversight of public health services.
