Spiros Mantzavinos is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Delaware Senate representing District 7. First elected in 2020 and reelected in 2022, he chairs the Senate Banking, Business, Insurance & Technology Committee. His legislative focus includes health, insurance, and long-term care policy. Prior to his political career, Mantzavinos worked as a legislative assistant, served as Vice President of the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce, and founded The Mantzavinos Group, a strategic communications firm. He has also taught as an adjunct professor at Wilmington University.
