Stafford Mulusa

Stafford Mulusa is a Zambian politician and businessman who has served as the Government Chief Whip in the National Assembly of Zambia since August 2021. First elected to represent the Solwezi Central constituency in 2016, he has been a key figure in the United Party for National Development (UPND). In his parliamentary role, he manages government business and legislative agendas while serving on several committees, including the House Business Committee. Mulusa is known for his advocacy regarding infrastructure development, such as the construction of the Mutanda River bridge, and his vocal support for the Constituency Development Fund.
