Stefan Attefall

Stefan Attefall is a Swedish politician and civil servant who has served as the Governor of Uppsala County since 2023. A member of the Christian Democrats, he previously held significant national roles, including Minister for Public Administration and Minister for Housing from 2010 to 2014. During his long tenure in the Riksdag, he served as parliamentary group leader and chairman of the Committee on Finance. He is widely recognized for his legislative work, most notably the introduction of the 'Attefall house', a popular type of small residential building in Sweden.
