
Stefanie Bung

Stefanie Bung is a German politician and a member of the Abgeordnetenhaus of Berlin, representing the Christian Democratic Union (CDU). She previously served in the state parliament from 2006 to 2011 and returned to the office in 2021, where she currently serves as deputy chair of the CDU parliamentary group and as their spokesperson for European policy. Outside of her legislative duties, she has worked as an independent project manager and consultant since 2011. Bung is known for her advocacy in urban development and cultural policy, as well as her vocal stance on international issues, including support for Iranian opposition groups and proposals regarding Soviet-era monuments in Berlin.
