Steve Roberts

Steve Roberts is an American politician serving as a member of the Missouri Senate for the 5th district since 2021. Previously, he represented the 77th district in the Missouri House of Representatives from 2017 to 2021 and served as the chairman of the Missouri Legislative Black Caucus. A graduate of the University of Miami and Pepperdine University School of Law, Roberts is also a Captain in the United States Air Force and a member of the Missouri Air National Guard. His legislative work has included advocacy for wrongful conviction compensation and criminal justice reform.
