Sue Rezin

Sue Rezin is an American politician serving as a member of the Illinois Senate, representing the 38th district since her appointment in 2010. Born in 1962 and raised on a farm in Geneseo, Illinois, she previously managed her family's real estate business. Within the Senate, she has held leadership roles including Deputy Leader of the Senate GOP caucus and has served on numerous committees focused on education, energy, and health. Beyond her legislative duties, she is active in the National Conference of State Legislatures and the National Foundation for Women Legislators.
