Sumitra Valmiki

Sumitra Valmiki is an Indian politician currently serving as a Member of the Rajya Sabha. Born in the Jabalpur district of Madhya Pradesh, she has a long history of local governance, having served multiple terms as a councillor in the Jabalpur Municipal Corporation and as its Chairman. A member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, she has held various leadership roles within the party's Madhya Pradesh unit, including vice president.
