Sun Judal Shimura is a Filipino politician currently serving as the representative for Cebu's 4th congressional district in the House of Representatives of the Philippines, a position he assumed in 2025. He began his political career in 2007 as one of the youngest mayors in Cebu, later serving on the Cebu Provincial Board from 2010 to 2019. Before his election to Congress, he served as the mayor of Daanbantayan from 2019 to 2025 and held the presidency of the League of Municipalities of the Philippines' Cebu Chapter starting in 2022.
