Suresh Gopi

Suresh Gopi is an Indian politician, actor, and television presenter currently serving as the Minister of State for Petroleum and Natural Gas and the Minister of Tourism. Elected to the Lok Sabha in 2024 from the Thrissur constituency, he holds the distinction of being the first Bharatiya Janata Party Member of Parliament from Kerala. Before his current role, he served as a nominated member of the Rajya Sabha from 2016 to 2022. A prominent figure in Malayalam cinema with over 250 film credits, he is also a philanthropist and advocate for environmental protection.
