Suindik Tasemenovich Aldashev is a Kazakhstani politician and oil and gas industry specialist who served as a Member of the Senate of the Parliament of Kazakhstan representing the Mangystau Region from 2020 until the dissolution of the Parliament in 2026. Born in Krasnovodsk, Turkmen SSR, he graduated from the Gubkin Moscow Institute of Oil and Gas as a mining engineer and later earned an economics degree from the Central Asian University. Throughout his extensive career, Aldashev held numerous leadership positions in the petroleum sector, including working for KazTransOil and serving as the first deputy akim of the Mangystau Region.
