Sydney Mushanga is a Zambian politician currently serving as the Member of the National Assembly for Bwacha constituency. Before entering politics, he worked as an IT specialist and a teacher. He was first elected to the National Assembly in 2011 as a member of the Patriotic Front and subsequently served as Deputy Minister of Education, Vocational Training and Early Education, followed by a tenure as Minister for Central Province from 2016 to 2021. In March 2026, Mushanga transitioned from the Patriotic Front to the United Party for National Development.
