Sylvain Lévesque

Sylvain Lévesque is a Canadian politician currently serving as a member of the National Assembly of Quebec, representing the district of Chauveau. Born in Lac-Mégantic, Quebec, he was first elected to the legislature in 2012 for the riding of Vanier-Les Rivières, though he was defeated in 2014 before returning to office in 2018. Prior to his full-time political career, Lévesque worked as a columnist for Le Journal de Québec, where he authored a blog titled 'spin doctor' from 2016 to 2018.
