Sylvie Josserand is a French politician, lawyer, and educator serving as a member of the National Assembly for the 6th constituency of the Gard since 2024. Born in Mâcon in 1968, she holds a doctorate in criminal procedure from the University of Grenoble-II. Before her election, she practiced as a lawyer at the Nîmes bar and taught at the University of Nîmes. Although she previously supported François Mitterrand and François Hollande, she joined the National Rally and was elected to parliament in 2024.
