斉藤 孝昭

Takaaki Saitou is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Aomori Prefectural Assembly, representing the Mutsu City constituency. He is affiliated with the All Aomori parliamentary group and is currently serving his first term in office. In his legislative capacity, he is a member of the Construction and Crisis Management Committee and also participates in the Special Committee on Nuclear and Energy Measures.
