Kaori Takagi is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the House of Councillors, representing the Osaka Prefecture constituency. A member of Nippon Ishin no Kai, she holds the position of Chairperson of the General Council, becoming the first woman to serve in one of the party's top three executive roles. Before her national career, she served two terms as a member of the Sakai City Council.
