高橋克法

Katsunori Takahashi is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the House of Councillors, representing the Tochigi Prefecture constituency. He previously served as the Mayor of Takanezawa for four terms, where he was recognized for implementing administrative reforms and performance-based evaluation systems. Throughout his legislative career, he has held several government positions, including State Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications, State Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and State Minister for Reconstruction. Takahashi is affiliated with the Liberal Democratic Party and has been associated with conservative policy groups, including the Japan Conference (Nippon Kaigi). His political platform has included support for constitutional revision and the exercise of the right of collective self-defense, while maintaining a cautious stance on certain social issues.
