三雲 崇正

Takamasa Mikumo is a Japanese politician and lawyer currently serving as a member of the Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly. A graduate of the University of Tokyo and the University of Edinburgh, he previously worked as an attorney at a major law firm and served as a policy secretary to a member of the House of Representatives. He also served as a member of the Shinjuku City Council from 2015 to 2021. Mikumo focuses on policy areas such as education funding, housing support, and fiscal reform, advocating for the efficient use of tax revenue to benefit local residents.
