Talat Dinçer is a Turkish businessman and politician currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly for the 28th parliamentary term, representing the province of Mersin for the Republican People's Party (CHP). Before entering national politics, he held significant leadership roles in the trade sector, serving as the Chairman of the Board of the Mersin Union of Chambers of Tradesmen and Craftsmen and as a board member of the Confederation of Turkish Tradesmen and Craftsmen (TESK) from 2006 to 2023. He was elected to the Turkish Parliament in the 2023 general elections.
