Tanvir Ghani is a Bangladeshi policy adviser and investment executive serving as the Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on investment and capital market affairs, holding the rank equivalent of a state minister. Appointed in April 2026, he works to bridge the communication gap between the government and global institutional investors, leveraging his private-sector expertise to enhance transparency and build investor confidence. Before entering government service, he built an extensive career in finance and investment management, including serving as chairman of the Osiris Group and holding leadership roles at financial institutions.
