Tara Prasad Bahinipati

Tara Prasad Bahinipati is an Indian politician serving as a Member of the Odisha Legislative Assembly representing the Jeypore constituency. First elected in 2000, he has secured multiple terms in the 12th, 13th, 15th, 16th, and 17th Odisha Legislative Assemblies. Known locally as 'Bhalu Bhaina,' he previously served as the President of the Odisha Police/OSAP Confederation.
