Tarja Filatov is a Finnish politician who has served as a member of the Parliament of Finland since 1995. A prominent figure in the Social Democratic Party, she held the position of Minister of Employment from 2000 to 2007, serving under three different prime ministers. Throughout her extensive parliamentary career, she has held leadership roles including First and Second Deputy Speaker and has served on numerous committees, including Finance and Legal Affairs.
