磯田達伸

Tatsunobu Isoda is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Nagaoka in Niigata Prefecture. Born in Nagaoka in 1951, he graduated from Meiji University's Faculty of Political Science and Economics in 1976. He spent his early career working for the Nagaoka City government, where he held various administrative roles including Director of Planning, Director of Urban Development, and Director of Finance. He later served as the city's Regional Policy Supervisor and Deputy Mayor before being elected as Mayor in 2016. He has since been re-elected to the position in 2020 and 2024.
