Taymur Jumblatt

Taymur Jumblatt is a Lebanese politician and the leader of the Progressive Socialist Party since 2023. A member of the influential Druze Jumblatt family, he has served as a Member of the Lebanese Parliament representing the Chouf-Aley district since 2018. He previously led the Democratic Gathering parliamentary bloc starting in 2018 and has been active in party leadership since 2011. Educated at the American University of Beirut and Sorbonne University, he continues a legacy of dynastic political leadership in Lebanon.
