Terri Bryant

Terri Bryant is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Illinois Senate representing the 58th district. Prior to her election to the Senate in 2020, she served as a member of the Illinois House of Representatives for the 115th district from 2015 to 2021. Before entering elected office, Bryant worked as a public administrator with the Illinois Department of Corrections and owned a restaurant in Murphysboro. Her legislative focus includes agriculture, education, health, and mental health policy, and she has held various leadership roles within the Jackson County Republican Party.
