小菅 哲男

Tetsuo Kosuge is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Tochigi Prefectural Assembly, representing the Sakura City and Shioya District constituency. Affiliated with the Tochigi Liberal Democratic Party caucus, he is currently serving his second term in office.
