Thomas M. Stanley

Thomas M. Stanley is an American politician serving as a member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives, representing the 9th Middlesex district. A resident of Waltham, he has held his seat since 2001 and currently serves as the Chairperson of the Joint Committee on Aging and Independence. Throughout his long tenure in the legislature, Stanley has focused on policy areas including elder affairs, municipal government, and financial services. He is the son of the late William F. Stanley, who served as the Mayor of Waltham.
