Born in Paranavaí, he began his public career as an advisor to the Legislative Assembly of Paraná and later served as a state deputy from 2015 to 2022. Throughout his legislative career, he has focused on agricultural policy, serving as the president of the Committee on Agriculture, Livestock, Supply and Rural Development. He is affiliated with the Progressives (PP) party.
