Átila Lira

Átila de Melo Lira is a Brazilian politician currently serving as a Member of the Chamber of Deputies representing the state of Piauí. He assumed office in 2023 for the 2023–2027 legislative term and is a member of the Progressive Party (PP). During his tenure, he has served as the president of the Committee on Science, Technology and Innovation and has been active in various legislative committees, including those focused on digital rights and education policy. He is the son of the veteran politician Átila Freitas Lira.
