Edward Timothy Razzall, Baron Razzall, is a British politician and life peer who has served as a member of the House of Lords since 1997. A solicitor by profession, he previously served as a councillor for the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames for 24 years and held key roles within the Liberal Democrats, including treasurer and chair of the party's Campaigns and Communications Committee. He was appointed a Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in 1993 for his political and public service.
