Tim Roca is a British Labour Party politician serving as the Member of Parliament for Macclesfield since 2024. He made history as the first Labour MP to represent the constituency, which had been held by the Conservative Party for over a century. Before his election to Parliament, Roca served as a councillor for the Harrow Road ward on Westminster City Council, where he held roles including Cabinet Member for Young People and Learning and deputy leader of the council. In May 2026, he was appointed as a parliamentary private secretary to the Department for Work and Pensions. Roca is an advocate for LGBT equality and has a background in higher education administration.
