Tobias Kascha

Tobias Kascha is a German politician serving as the Lord Mayor of Wernigerode since August 2022. A member of the Social Democratic Party (SPD), he previously served as a member of the Wernigerode city council and the Harz district council. Before his election as mayor, Kascha worked in the tourism industry, including roles at the Harzer Schmalspurbahnen, and later managed the office of his predecessor, Peter Gaffert, before heading the city's municipal operations department.
