Toby Chance

Toby Chance is a British-born South African politician currently serving as a Member of the National Assembly for the Democratic Alliance. First elected to Parliament in 2014, he previously served as the Shadow Minister of Small Business Development and has been a vocal advocate for small enterprise reform, notably introducing a private member's bill to establish an ombud service for small businesses.
