Tom Arthur

Tom Arthur is a Scottish National Party politician serving as the Member of the Scottish Parliament for Renfrewshire West and Levern Valley since 2026. Previously, he represented the Renfrewshire South constituency from 2016 to 2026. During his parliamentary career, Arthur has held several ministerial positions within the Scottish Government, including Minister for Public Finance, Planning and Community Wealth, Minister for Employment and Investment, and Minister for Social Care and Mental Wellbeing. Before entering politics, he worked as a company director, freelance piano teacher, and keyboardist.
