Thomas Alexander Garrett Jr. is an American politician and attorney currently serving as a member of the Virginia House of Delegates for the 56th district. Previously, he served as a member of the United States House of Representatives for Virginia's 5th congressional district from 2017 to 2019 and as a member of the Virginia Senate representing the 22nd district. A veteran of the United States Army, Garrett also served as the Commonwealth's Attorney for Louisa County and as an Assistant Attorney General for Virginia. He was elected to the Virginia House of Delegates in 2023.
