Tom Kessler

Tom Kessler is an American politician serving as a member of the Kansas House of Representatives for the 96th district. First elected in 2021 after defeating his opponent with 53.3% of the vote, he was subsequently re-elected unopposed in 2023. Prior to his legislative career, Kessler worked as a business owner, specifically operating a liquor store. In his capacity as a legislator, he has served as the Chair of the House Federal and State Affairs Committee, where he has been involved in debates regarding the regulation of tobacco and vaping product sales.
