Tom Rakocevic

Tom Rakocevic is a Canadian politician serving as the Member of Provincial Parliament for Humber River—Black Creek. First elected in 2018 and re-elected in 2022 and 2025, he is the first representative from the Ontario New Democratic Party to win three consecutive terms in his riding. Prior to his legislative career, he worked as an executive assistant to a Toronto city councillor. In the legislature, Rakocevic is a vocal advocate for consumer protection and auto insurance reform, and he currently serves as the Official Opposition's critic for these portfolios.
