Tommy Leclercq is a Belgian politician who has served as the Governor of the province of Hainaut since March 2013. Born in Lobbes in 1970, he holds a master's degree in Labour Studies from the Université libre de Bruxelles and a European Certificate of University Education in Social Labour from Paris 12 Val de Marne University. Upon his appointment in 2013, he became the youngest provincial governor in Belgium. In addition to his political career, he is an author who has published works on the Wallonia region and his hometown of Lobbes.
