勝野 智行

Tomoyuki Katsuno is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Nagano Prefectural Assembly. Born in Matsumoto, he spent 28 years working at Orii Battery Co., Ltd., where he served as a director for a decade. He began his political career in 2015 when he was first elected to the Matsumoto City Council, a position he held until 2022. In 2023, he was elected to the Nagano Prefectural Assembly. He is affiliated with the Komeito party and focuses on regional infrastructure development, including the promotion of the Matsumoto-Itoigawa road network.
